In today’s ever-changing world, some people seek comfort in working with the same company for a lifetime while others ambitiously jump from one job to another. Both options have their unique offerings, which modern-day employees fervently debate. In my opinion, working for different organisations is a challenge, but if accepted can open doors to an exciting career with multiple opportunities.

The introduction paragraph conveys the scope of the essay very well. Also, it clarifies the author’s opinion in detail.

Body Paragraph 1 on working for many organisations

They say, “Change is the only constant”. Change in jobs poses seemingly insurmountable hurdles, initially in the career as one must start a new assignment with a clean slate and prove the worth each time. If these shifts in employers are approached as opportunities, new doors open in terms of betterment of skills, expansion of network and exposure to multiple cultures. For example, with the progress in my career, all various skills added to my professional profile due to different jobs make my Resume’ attractive for a recruiter. Agreed that, this strategy takes time; if planned well, it can be a secure way to launch a successful career.

The author presents his side well. He explains the primary advantage of changing jobs with a personal example. Also, he briefly presents the possible issues but answers them as well.

Body Paragraph 2 on why it is not good to work for the same organisation

However, few people doubt the strategy. Doomsayers predict failure even before the start of their career and advise not to change the organisation. They support fruitful relations with Senior Management because of the mutual trust, which will sow the seeds of professional growth for the person in the same industry. At the same time, they must consider that people with one-dimensional professional responsibilities could be ignored for higher promotions. By that time, it would be too late in their careers to start over.

The author clarifies the position of his opponent, who advocates working for the same organisation. At the same time, the author points out the problems in their approach.

End Paragraph

After contemplating both sides, a career path through different companies can take a person to zenith where he may evolve a well-rounded personality. On the contrary, being in the same organisation poses more hurdles than opportunities with limited exposure. As a long term strategy, it is always a better option to work for different businesses.

The end paragraph puts all the discussion in the body paragraph in short. Also, it reiterates the author’s opinion once again.
